We live in a large beautiful house in an upscale, peaceful, safe neighborhood in Richmond ... Hilltop is a lovely neighborhood in Richmond, rolling hills and wide streets. The house is 2400 sq. ft, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths with large backyard.

Three people currently live here, and we are looking for one more.

The Patio Bedroom has a beatuiful view of the back yard, a private bathroom, and sliding glass doors out to the backyard patio.
The room is 130 sq ft, plus bathroom and walk-in closet. Large enough for Queen size bed and more.
$540/month plus utilites.

We will share the large eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, front and back outdoor patios. We have a huge, largely private, backyard, gardeners welcome.

Plenty of easy street parking.
Hiking in Point Pinole, Wildcat Canyon, etc.
15 minute drive to Berkeley.

This is a non-smoking household. We are a low scent household, i.e., no heavy perfumes. Lightly scented stuff is OK.

We are currently catless, but will likely get a cat soon. We welcome another well behaved cat.
